Art & Sculpture
As a three-time Texas Distinguished Veteran Artist, my work explores conflict, memory, and resilience through sculpture, painting, and mixed media. Each piece is shaped by experiences in war, intelligence work, and the quiet, personal moments between. My art and my writing share the same center: the search for meaning inside struggle.
This gallery comes out of a life spent paying attention under pressure—first as a soldier, later as an analyst, and finally as a husband sitting beside the woman he loved as she was dying. This work was made by someone who has seen systems fail, certainty collapse, and faith stripped of comfort and spectacle. These pieces are not illustrations of belief, but witnesses to it: records of endurance, of looking steadily at what cannot be fixed, and of choosing to remain present anyway. If there is a common thread here, it is not beauty for its own sake, but the quiet discipline of seeing clearly when retreat would be easier.
